Operation Stay Sane...

The girls and I are very blessed to have some wonderful friends! What better than a weekly dinner date (and lots of wine of course) to pass the deployment year? Below are photos from our first two weeks and a few shots of Rob enjoying his extended vacation, haha!

Potty Prize...

Today was Julian's big trip to the toy store to celebrate her potty training success! I told her she could pick out anything she wanted and before we got there, she had decided that she wanted a Dora the Explorer Mermaid! Well, we found Dora, but as we were headed to the cash register, she spotted Cinderella and Dora quickly took a back seat! She is so excited! (For those of you who don't know, we call "Cella" every time she goes #2 on the potty...thanks to my sister it's been quite a hit!)

POTTY SUCCESS!!!

So it has been a long...and I mean LONG....process, but we finally have SUCCESS!!! As you can see from the Potty Chart (this is for going #2 in the potty - thankfully we mastered #1 a while ago :), it was a rough couple of weeks but when she got it, she got it! Tomorrow is her special day - I am taking her to Toys R Us so she can pick out her special prize!

Seven Falls...

This past weekend we went to Seven Falls Canyon here in Colorado Springs - trying to enjoy the beautiful spring weather before daddy departed :) The canyon and the falls are beautiful (but they are NO Partnachklamm in Garmisch!) Enjoy the photos!
